Sarah spent years in PK–12 education, serving as a principal, teacher, writing coach, library media specialist, and school improvement facilitator, where she led teams through continuous school improvement initiatives and culture growth. She joined J Casas & Associates driven by a passion to help leaders move beyond reactive management and build sustainable, culture-first schools where staff and students thrive.
Sarah’s coaching style is relational, practical, and highly actionable—she pairs direct thought partnership with concrete frameworks leaders can implement immediately. She works with individual principals and leadership cohorts to turn leadership theory into daily practice.
